Having a vast understanding of the local, American and International real estate markets he has partnered with multiple companies in the United States to facilitate the revitalization of various homes. He is a ” team-first” leader who takes great pride in helping homeowners solve various issues they may have in whichever way the company can do so.
Varen Higgs
Transaction Coordinator
Varen is a vital part of Opulence Properties, LLC She is responsible for coordinating with attorneys and title companies to make sure the closing process goes as smoothly as possible. While having a medical background and working in the ER as an Ultrasound Technologist in the past she has always been a “people” first leader with the mentality of making sure that others are treated fairly and with compassion.

Co-Founder
Idan is the Co-Founder of Opulence Properties, LLC and oversees all sales and staff operations to ensure that the company is running as it should be. With a vast knowledge in the real estate market and as a veteran in the Israeli military Idan knows what it means to lead and it is his leadership that continues to strengthen the core values Opulence believes in which is to serve the people and the community.
